Responsibilities:

The Team Assistant is responsible for scheduling appointments for our nurses, managing and monitoring incoming referrals and ensuring that all new cases are scheduled as appropriate. This individual will coordinate with the Control Desk and maintain document control. Responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to, maintaining records, accurately entering data, and assisting the Business Support Supervisors and Patient Support Managers by working on reports The Team Assistant will be expected to cooperate with the entire team in order to be successful in processing work, ensuring that patients are seen, and creating satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, required; College Degree, highly preferred
  • 1-3 years of clerical/office experience, preferred
  • Candidate must have strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and data entry
  • Candidate must have strong customer service and communication skills
  • Candidate must have the ability to multi-task and work well as part of a team - including supporting other team members
