Responsibilities:

The Assistant Marketing Manager supports the execution and coordination of traditional marketing and digital campaigns. This role serves as a key liaison between the Marketing team, internal departments, and external vendors to coordinate marketing requests, develop and update content and collateral, maintain digital platforms, and help ensure materials are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional with strong writing and project coordination skills, a working knowledge of digital marketing, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Writing, editing, proofreading, and content management skills a plus 
  • Ability to take information from internal stakeholders and develop clear, concise, audience-appropriate communications.
  • Experience coordinating the development and revision of print and digital marketing collateral.
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, search marketing, email marketing, and online reputation management.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.
  • Experience with content management systems, intranet platforms, or digital asset management systems preferred.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, deadlines, and rounds of review simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Marketing colleagues, internal departments, leadership, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Google Business Profile, Constant Contact, Canto, or similar platforms is a plus.
