Responsibilities:

The Project Leader for the Information Services department is responsible for researching and implementing technological strategic solutions.  This includes organizing and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and develop schedules and methods for measuring results.

This position is responsible for maintaining images for corporate workstations, notebooks and tablets. Providing technical resources, advising, and assisting other IS staff. Evaluating customer request for services and recommending hardware and software solutions. Analyzing and recommend procedures to alleviate repeated problems.  Reviewing assignments, deadlines, and priorities and discussing the impact of proposed solutions on computer operations and service to users with management. Assisting the user community by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.

Qualifications:

  • College degree, preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent, in combination with experience in the Information Services field, required
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent technical, analytical, organizational skills and customer service attitude
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, frequently with conflicting deadlines
  • Knowledge of Computer Repair, Windows 7, 8, 10, Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Symantec Ghost, Microsoft MDT, Altiris, Trend Micro Antivirus software, Software Packaging, Checkpoint, Help Desk Service Management, WSUS.  A+, MCSE
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to work independently or without direct supervision
