Responsibilities:

Ensures that the buildings are safe, clean and running properly. Repairs and replaces locks, door checks, workstation furniture, copy machines, etc. Make service calls as needed. Ensures that employees receive deliveries. Orders and delivers supplies as needed to maintain efficiency of the buildings' kitchens, bathrooms, copy machines and coffee machines. Installs workstation accessories (keyboard trays, locks, drawers). Assembles small office furniture (printer stands, file holders). Move, as needed, any furniture, file cabinets or boxes. Responds to any security issues in the absence of the Security Supervisor. Repairs and maintains plumbing and electrical fixtures. Responds to any and all staff requests that are received via the Work Order Form (picture hanging, air conditioner and heat adjustments, etc.). Shovel snow and apply salt as needed on stairs, sidewalks, driveways and parking lots.

Qualifications:

High School diploma required. Minimum 2 years experience. Driver's license required. Ability to work well with people. Strong communication skills. Ability to work autonomously. Strong troubleshooting ability. Apply
