Responsibilities:

The challenges of affordable healthcare continue to create new opportunities. This position will enable the Customer Experience Analyst to work across the MJHS health system to support the organization’s efforts to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health plan members through analytics, and traditional project management support aligned with the CEO’s agenda.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Accounting, Finance or related equivalent preferred. Master degree in related discipline preferred. 
  • 2+ years progressive work experience in consumer research, population health, data segmentation, predictive analysis and business analytics. Prior experience in business operations performing a broad range of data analysis and management required. Experience in creating and managing reports.
  • Resourceful and able to problem solve
  • Systems, Internet and call center environment experience preferred
  • Insurance and/or benefits administration experience preferred
  • Demonstrates sense of urgency. 
  • Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Attention to detail, people oriented, ability to multitask, results drive
