Responsibilities:

Provides administrative and clerical support for the Vice President of Clinical Services and our two Executive Directors of Hospice serving as a liaison between them and their teams, staff, and internal/external parties.  As the Administrative Coordinator, you will prepare and review documents, spreadsheets, presentations and correspondence as assigned and responds to emails/messages on behalf of the executives you are supporting.  In addition, you will research and oversee various Project Management endeavors, as well as manage calendars and independently schedules appointments and meetings for the Vice President of Clinical Services and Executive Directors.  Other duties will include taking meeting minutes, maintaining time and attendance records using the Kronos timekeeping system, preparing monthly expense reports and receiving and screening incoming calls.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 5 years of high level secretarial or administrative assistant experience supporting multiple executives and directors
  • Experience in health care is preferred
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills and ability to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Visio skills strongly preferred
