Responsibilities:
Responsible for assessing, developing, implementing and evaluating nutritional care planning and implementation, quality control activities, and in-service programs as well as related activities in accordance with facility standards, State Health Code requirements and all other regulatory agencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food and Nutrition
- Registered Dietitian in NYS and a member of the American Dietetic Association
- Minimum of 2 years of Institutional experience in supervision and therapeutics
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Operates WFMS, EXCEL, MSWORD, GERI MENU and EMR computer sytems as needed in the performance tasks
