Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing all aspects of the business relationship with the provider/customer. Ensures that all appropriate resources are available and utilized effectively/efficiently to maximize provider satisfaction and downstream member satisfaction. Provide the same level of timely and accurate service to internal customers that rely on the work performed by Provider Relations.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent combined with 6+ years of experience in Managed Care, Practice Management or large group practice, OR, Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • With Bachelor's Degree; minimum two years of experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Must have car and valid driver's license
  • Strong communication and present skills, both written and oral, as well as public speaking skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
