Responsibilities:

Supervises daily activities of all field staff and clinical service department to ensure delivery of quality care and care management to all members. Responsible for utilizing appropriate administrative personnel in solving clinical and management problems. Demonstrates and supervises public health nursing procedures when necessary. Responsible for assisting the Manager/Director with changes in policy or program. This position requires some travel. managed care nurse, managed care rn, nursing, rn, nurse, care management

Qualifications:

BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing. 2-3 years experience in Home Care or one year in managed long-term home care. Knowledge of UAS-NY, knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid standards. One year of leadership experience required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and e-mail skills. NYS RN license. Good communication skills. Demonstrates the ability to work within an integrated healthcare team. Excellent organizational and critical thinking skills.
