Responsibilities:
Our Corporate team may not provide direct care, but we still touch people's lives in a very real and substantial way. The services we provide contribute greatly to the overall patient and member experience, supporting our reputation for excellence.
- In this role, you will specialize in researching and implementing technological solutions to address complex challenges
- Ensuring timely project completion and quality standards
- Ability to work in group settings and perform individual tasks, leveraging strong problem-solving skills to deliver effective results
- Maintains images for Corporate workstations, notebooks, and tablets
- Provides technical resources to advise and assist other IS staff
Evaluate customer requests for services and recommend hardware and software solutions
Analyzes and recommends procedures to alleviate repeated problems. Review deadlines and priorities, discuss assignments and the impact of proposed solutions on computer operations and service to users with management
Assists user community by troubleshooting problems and finding solutions.
Qualifications:
- College degree, preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent, in combination with experience in the Information Services field, required.
- Minimum 5+ years in an Information technology role, Strong analytical skills, Software Troubleshooting, Adaptability, Strong Documentation skills, and Excellent customer service attitude.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office 365 cloud management, Disk imaging, and OS deployment, Software Packaging, Checkpoint, Help Desk Service Management, MDM solutions, VDI Technology (AVD), Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently or without direct supervision.
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, frequently with conflicting deadlines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail oriented.
