Responsibilities:

Processes and updates member information and member requests to reinstate or terminate their enrollment. Processes written requests for member disenrollment and/or reinstatement. Assists with verifying data accuracy prior to plan transmission of data to CMS. Assists with the identification and resolution of batch errors.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma required, college degree preferred
  • Two years data entry experience with Managed Care Organizations preferred
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) required
  • Experience with Amisys, Market Prominence, Crystal Reports helpful
  • Knowledge of Managed Care Organizations and CMS and Federal Regulations preferred
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
