Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Implementation Specialist will be part of a team supporting the project delivery tasks on the Salesforce platform.  This position will be under the supervision of the Salesforce Systems Manager and work alongside the team including the Junior Admin and both Salesforce Developers, as well as other staff in the Information Services team and business departments, to orchestrate seamless implementation processes of critical projects on the Salesforce CRM platform.  The Salesforce Implementation Specialist will focus on optimizing workflows, ensuring business satisfaction, gathering requirements, and heading up dynamic teams throughout the Salesforce deployment cycle. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operations of the business. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Salesforce platform is required.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a health plan or managed care setting preferred.
  • 2-3 years project management experience supporting multiple teams and/or departments a plus.
  • Proven experience delivering Salesforce related projects.
  • Proficient in Jira, MS Excel, Google apps, and other commonly used business applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform functionality, configuration, and customizations.
  • Strong understanding of a variety of project management methodologies and project planning.
  • Proven ability to gather business requirements and document requirements for project task execution.
  • Ability to be highly productive, both working alone and in close collaboration within a team, able to multi-process and thrive in a fast-paced, customer driven environment.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
  • Some knowledge of any of the following Sales, Service, Marketing, Health, and/or Experience Clouds; FSL, DocuSign and/or DemandTools are a plus.
  • Previous experience working in an agile environment preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards preferred.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Administrator, Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
