Initial & Resumption of Care weekday visit rate: $73 / visit

Initial & Resumption of Care weekend/holiday visit rate: $85 / visit

Ortho Weekend/Holiday visit rate: $70 / visit

Revisit daily rate: $68 / visit

In-Service Orientation daily rate: $250 / day

Responsibilities:

MJHS Home Care provides advanced clinical services and emotional support to patients recovering from illness, injury, or surgery. With a comprehensive range of services supported by an integrated health system, patients can recover in the familiar surroundings of their home.

  • You will schedule independent home visits to screen and treat your patients and continually reevaluate and document their progress

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institute of learning
  • Registered and licensed as an OT in NYS
  • Minimum of one-year experience in providing therapy treatments in a health care setting
  • Home Care experience highly preferred
  • Valid Driver License and Car
