Responsibilities:

Oversees the design, security, implementation, and maintenance of MJHS telephony and contact center solutions to ensure that it meets the business needs of MJHS and participating agencies. Primary duties include analysis of technical requirements and state of the telephony and contact center solutions design, integration, and operations. Works with management to architect telephony and contact center solutions that effectively reflect business needs, service-level and availability requirements, and other technology parameters. Develops design principles, models, plans, internal standards, and processes based on industry best practices. Creates and maintains configuration documentation and procedures. Establishes governing principles for telephony and contact center infrastructure design and deployment. Participates in selection of vendors, technologies, and products for implementation.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent. College degree preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in designing, implementation, and supporting VoIP telephony infrastructure and contact center solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge in telephony and contact center solutions design and implementation
  • Knowledge of VoIP related networking technologies
  • Ability to work within design teams and mentor IT colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently or without direct supervision.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, frequently with conflicting deadlines.
  • Strong problem solving and critical analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
