The Project Manager will work across the MJHS health system to support the organization’s efforts to meet the needs and expectations of patients and health plan members through process analysis and design, analytics, and traditional project management support aligned with the CEO’s agenda.


  • BA/BS required, Master’s degree preferred (MBA, MPH, MPA, etc.)
  • 2-3 years of experience required in project management, product development, performance improvement or business transformation. Managed care operations experience preferred. 
  • Project Management Certification preferred.  

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical ability.

  • Understanding of operations management.

  • Experience leading or supporting business process design and implementations.

  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to clarify objectives, secure sponsorship, facilitate decisions and drive change.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly find common ground and solve problems. Viewed as a collaborative, trustworthy business partner. Ability to work autonomously or cooperatively with multidisciplinary teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Expert computer application skills (Excel, Word, Visio, and PP)
