Responsibilities:

Manage the overall administration of HR function including recruitment, performance management and guidance on policies, procedures, laws, and standards for management and staff.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree required
  • 5 years with HR Generalist
  • Expert knowledge with HR Policies and Procedures
  • Familiar with union contracts
  • Ability to interpret complex contractual language
