As an Enrollment Representative, you will present the HomeFirst Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTCP) to eligible referral sources in order to generate referrals for eligible participants into the plans, in accordance with HomeFirst Marketing Plan and Department of Health contract guidelines.
Bachelor's Degree or 2 years health care experience; managed care/sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication, time management, and presentation skills, strong telephone etiquette and comfort with the geriatric population. Bilingual skills required; bilingual in English / Spanish preferred.
