Responsible for assisting in preparation and calculation of Sales Bonus & Commission payments processes. Assist in the compilation and review of financial data and statistics for use in financial reporting to internal and external parties. The Commissions Analyst is also responsible for the management of bonuses for the Elderplan Sales team, the reconciliation of the licenses and enrollments of sales representatives, as well as collaboration with other departments as needed.
- B.S in Finance/Accounting/Business preferred
- Healthcare Industry experience preferred but not required
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (pivot tables/lookups etc.).
Must possess strong analytical skills. Strong communication skills.
