Responsibilities:

This position will work directly with departmental business users and Information Services configuration, development, and architect staff. The position will perform quality assurance testing, provide knowledge and expertise to develop and execute test cases for and with business users, document traceability of test cases to business requirements, document anyfound defects. Position will work alongside and coordinate with other Information Services staff members, as well as IT vendor personnel as required within the documented Test Plan.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or other related field; however, combined experience/education/certifications may substitute for minimum education.
• Minimum of one year’s experience as a Quality Assurance Test Analyst or equivalent role.
• One year’s Healthcare Insurance business experience preferred.
• Knowledge of application testing, Knowledge of Quality Assurance Software, Knowledge of Testing Automated Tools and Methodologies preferred.
