Responsibilities:
Our Corporate team may not provide direct care, but we still touch people's lives in a very real and substantial way. The services we provide contribute greatly to the overall patient and member experience, supporting our reputation for excellence.
- You will provide business acumen and project management support for complex and system-wide strategic initiatives
- You will work closely with the Strategy and Innovation and corporate-wide leadership to drive research, analytics and project management for successful planning and implementation of priority projects for the organization
- You will build effective working relationships, lead working sessions, and take the lead in developing needed project plans, business models, presentations to support updates or change management
- You will identify key risks and strategizes on approach with supervisor
- You will support the junior staff in both executing works and their learning and development journey
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience in healthcare, non-for-profit sector or relevant skill set
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, business administration or public health field is preferred
- 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, consulting or other related field
- Microsoft Suite – proficiency in excel, power point, visio, power BI preferred
- Strong writing and analytical skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Certification preferred but not required
